Villa Neva is located in the village of Rojni?i in the heart of Istria and is surrounded by unspoiled nature, which makes it an ideal place for a luxury vacation you have always dreamed of. If you are one of the lovers of nature and a pleasant vacation for the whole family or a popular group of friends, then this is the place for you! Modernly built Villa Neva has 250 m2 of living space and can accommodate eight people. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and next to it is a dining room with a dining table ideal for eight guests. You can relax in 4 bedrooms with double beds, two of which are located on the first floor and the remaining two on the upper floor of the villa, and use the private bathrooms with showers. Other facilities that will make your stay easier are a washing machine and an iron. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating and cooling. A feed and baby crib is available by prior arrangement. On the outdoor terrace there is a covered dining table with seating for eight, a pool of 35 m2 and a depth of 1.45 meters. There is also an outdoor shower. You can sunbathe on six deck chairs in complete privacy. The special feature of the villa is the sauna, the benefits of which are relaxation, strengthening immunity and quality of sleep. Preparing traditional dishes will never be easier, because you also have an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. If you want to bring your pet, you are welcome to do so, because Villa Neva accepts a maximum of 2 dogs! The courtyard of the villa is completely fenced, so children and animals certainly have room to play. The special feature of the yard are the sturdy olive trees, which represent the traditional Dalmatian homeland. There are two private parking spaces in the courtyard of Villa Neva and two more outside. The villa opens its doors to all guests throughout the year, so you can choose any season when you want to escape from everyday obligations and hectic lifestyle. Children will have fun in the pool and the large garden, playing PlayStation or watching entertainment programs on digital TV, while books are also available for adults. A local restaurant guide and a local map will welcome you to the villa. The nearest town is Barban (6.5 km) or Pula (35 km). Be sure to visit the historical sights of the city of Pula: the Double Gate and the City Wall, the Amphitheater, the Gate of Hercules and the Small Roman Theater.
