Villa Golden Sun is located in Istria, in the center of Rebi?i, only 2 km from the beach. This traditional stone villa has a rural look, while the interiors of the house are equipped with beautiful furniture combining traditional and modern elements. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation with your family or a group of your dearest friends, this is the place for you! Villa Golden Sun was built in 2013 in a rustic style, 262 m2 are at your disposal, the total area of the property is 850 m2. It is only 2 km away from the beach, which provides a great opportunity for family gatherings and swimming. The villa is fully air-conditioned, can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and consists of first floor and upper floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a living room where you can relax on three two-seaters, as well as a table, a TV and a romantic fireplace. Near the living room there is a dining room with a table for 6 people and a modern kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for the whole family. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. There are also two terraces on the upper floor. In the basement there is a fourth bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with shower. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.3 meters. On the sun deck, right next to the pool, you can sunbathe on deck chairs and enjoy the sun's rays, while your children have plenty of space to play and have fun. In the landscaped garden you will surely spend most of your time grilling, while the covered terrace is ideal for socializing and dining with a glass of quality wine throughout the day. There is also a hot tub and a charcoal or wood grill on the terrace. Other facilities at Golden Sun Villa include 2 separate toilets and a washing machine. The villa is located 6 km from Barban, where there is a restaurant and a store, while Pula Airport is 20 km from the villa. Today, Pula is the largest city in Istria, where there is certainly a lot to see. The landmark of Pula is certainly the Roman amphitheater, known as Pula Arena. This amphitheater is not only the largest preserved ancient monument in Croatia, but also the best preserved example of a Roman amphitheater in the world!
