This luxurious villa with a living space of 453 m2 provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests. The villa consists of 5 spacious and luxurious bedrooms equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, smart TV and sound system speakers, 4 separate toilets and 5 ensuite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with a bathtub and 3 with shower cabins. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the dining area as well as to the lovely tavern which can accommodate up to 10 people. The modern living room is equipped with Hi Fi system and Smart TV, where you can enjoy your time spent with friends or family after an active day. The villa also provides a work room with a peaceful atmosphere if you travel and work at the same time. The special offer the villa includes a superbly equipped gym as well as a sauna and jacuzzi if you are need of relaxation. There is also a possibility of renting a speed boat Zar 75, which has a capacity for 10 people, including a skipper - our guests receive a special price. The yard of the villa Grancarić features a beautiful swimming pool (48 m2) equipped with heating and cooling nozzles, surrounded by sun loungers. The entire property is enclosed by a wall, ensuring complete privacy.
