Baba Maša's house is a modern, recently renovated villa located in the small town of Tinj, only a 30-minute drive from the tourist town of Zadar. The nearest beach is only 12 km away from the villa, as well as numerous local facilities.

The villa is located on a 5000 m2 large, completely enclosed land and has 160 m2 of interior. It was built in 1997, and completely renovated in 2018, and since then it has been tirelessly attracting both domestic and foreign guests who are looking for luxury and peaceful enjoyment with family or dear friends. The maximum capacity of this villa is 8 guests.

On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms: in two rooms there are double beds, while in the third room there is a pull-out bed, and in the fourth there are two beds (90x200). On the upper floor there is also a bathroom and a large terrace. If you need an extra bed, there are 2 sofa beds and also a cot located in the living room.

On the ground floor you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your favourite dishes, and it also contains a small bar with 3 seats. The dining room has a dining table with 8 seats. The kitchen is followed by a living room with 2 sofas, a table and a TV. On the ground floor is another bathroom that also contains a washing machine.

On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 40 m2, next to which are 3 parasols and 8 sun loungers so you can completely relax and enjoy.

The villa also has a separate room equipped with a sauna, gym and 1 extra shower.

For younger guests, the villa offers a trampoline, table tennis and badminton.

A special feature of the villa is the tavern where there is a wood grill, and a table and two benches, where you will surely enjoy the preparation of traditional dishes that you like or have not yet tried.

You can also use 10 parking spaces.

Tinj and its surroundings are known for their rich vineyards, almonds and olives, and its inhabitants are engaged in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. It is definitely worth visiting this small place because it is a nice village in itself, while on the other hand it is located not far from famous cities such as Biograd na Moru or Zadar.
