Villa Vendi is located in Komi?a on the island of Vis. It is a small town with a long fishing tradition, which is reflected in its appearance and the warmth of the locals. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, staying in Komi?a is pleasant even in the winter months. Pebble beaches with drinking water springs line the entire eastern coast of Komi?a Bay. Villa Vendi was built in 2022 in a contemporary architectural style and offers guests 400 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is 1000 m2. The nearest beach is 350 meters away, where you can refresh yourself in the clean and clear sea. In the villa can stay a maximum of 10 people, optimal is 8 people. Guests are comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds, two extra beds (80x200) are also available. The villa has 4 private bathrooms with shower cabins. From 3 bedrooms you can enjoy the sea view. In the living room there is a couch, a sofa, a TV and a dresser. The dining room has a dining table with 8 seats and in the equipped kitchen you will prepare meals for the whole family. Fans of an active vacation will be pleased with the gym with exercise equipment, there is also a shower in the gym. On the outdoor terrace there is a summer kitchen, a sofa, an outdoor dining table, an electric grill and a 45 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. There are also 4 sun loungers where you can relax and read your favorite book. Other features of Villa Vendi include a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a separate toilet. By prior arrangement, you can use a feeding trough and a baby crib. The villa's courtyard is fully fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces. If you are interested in culture and entertainment, be sure to visit the fishing museum and the music and stage events of the Komi?a Cultural Summer, when the Klapa song is heard from the taverns. Komi?a will get under your skin because of its crystal clear waters, untouched nature and fragrance. Wild lavender, myrtle and rosemary will accompany you both inland and on the coast of the island.
