The villa offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, with the beach being only 20m away. The private beach for guests is only 6 metres away from the villa.

Villa One is cosy and nicely decorated, and most importantly, it is located in a quiet area that provides you with the necessary rest in absolute privacy and the wonderful atmosphere of this majestic peninsula. The beautiful villa One in Ugljan offers accommodation for 8 people and is located on a completely fenced plot. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped charming kitchen and a sun-soaked dining area, a spacious living area and a terrace with a sea view. The villa also has comfortable 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds and 4 bathrooms equipped with showers.
