Villa Per Lei is an ideal choice for those seeking refreshment while swimming, as it is located only 5 metres away from the sea. The optimal capacity of the villa is six people, who can be comfortably accommodated in three luxuriously furnished bedrooms on the second floor of the villa. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. From each room you can enjoy a relaxing sea view. If needed, the villa can additionally accommodate two more people, as there is a luxurious sofa bed on the first floor.

On the lower floor of the villa you can find a modern kitchen, a dining room with eight seats and an excellent, spacious living room. Guests will be delighted by the wine fridge in the kitchen. This whole space exudes modern harmony and simplicity and is an ideal place to relax for all guests in the villa. The villa also offers a gym and additional facilities such as table soccer for those who want to spend an active holiday.

From the living room you walk into the courtyard, whose content and view will leave every guest speechless. The charming pool of 40 m2 with heating possibility is ideal for a stay outside the summer months. It is surrounded by sun loungers where guests can enjoy the sun. In the courtyard you can also find a table with eight seats, and for those who want to demonstrate culinary skills, there is an outdoor grill. Three parking spaces are available to the guests in the courtyard of the villa. On request you can use your own mooring for the boat.
