Villa Sunrise 2 is located in Vini??e, a small fishing village in a beautiful bay with clear sea. The villa is surrounded by untouched nature. Every year this place is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who want to spend a peaceful and happy vacation. The villa was built in 2019 in a contemporary architectural style, is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. In addition to Villa Sunrise 2, there is also Villa Sunrise 1, which can be rented separately. For a larger group of guests, it is possible to rent both villas together, forming the complex Villa Sunrise 1 & Sunrise 2. Villa Sunrise 2 offers you the first floor and the upper floor. On the first floor of Villa Sunrise 2 there is a living room with a three-seater, a two-seater, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 6 people. In the modern equipped kitchen you can also prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two of them have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Likewise, the villa has two private bathrooms with shower stalls. There is also a terrace with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the sea view and drink your morning coffee. You can find a pleasant refreshment in the heated pool of 20 m2 and 1.5 m deep. On the sunbathing lawn you can use 4 deckchairs, you can also use the outdoor electric grill and serve prepared meals on the covered dining table for 6 people. During your stay you can use a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as a baby crib and a food dispenser. Villa Sunrise 2 has 2 parking spaces in the courtyard of Villa Sunrise 1. The town of Vini??e is known for its small bays with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, the most famous are Voluja, Ri?evo, Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Si?enica. In summer, festivals are organized in Vini??e, where you can enjoy local specialties, local wine and pleasant music in the evenings. Fans of sports and active vacations can enjoy soccer, volleyball, basketball, cycling, sailing, jet skiing and many other activities. Welcome to Villa Sunrise 2! Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age.
