The villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary architectural style and offers its guests 340 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 1150 m2 and the villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, with the exception of two additional people for children up to 12 years. It is 400 meters from the nearest sea and 700 meters from the pebble beach, where you can enjoy the clear and clean Adriatic Sea. The villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor, which will take your breath away with its modern decoration! On the first floor you will be welcomed by a spacious living room consisting of a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV, which leads directly to the outdoor terrace from the living room. There is also a modern kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table that seats 8 and two wine fridges. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself pleasantly in the 48 m² pool, which is 1.6 meters deep. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers, an outdoor electric grill and enough space for children to play and have fun! On the upper floor of the villa you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Upstairs there are 3 open terraces where you can enjoy a morning coffee or read your favorite book. Other facilities at Villa Buena Vista include a washing machine, dryer and iron. If needed, you can also use the food dispenser and baby crib. A sofa bed serves as an extra bed for two people. The villa also has Bluetooth mobile streaming. The villa offers sea views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and from the covered terrace where there is an outdoor dining table. It is fully fenced and offers 2 enclosed garage spaces, there are also 3 additional parking spaces in the yard. Villa Buena Vista is a brand new complex that will leave any guest breathless. It is decorated to the highest standards and guests can expect a welcome gift! Seget Vranjica is located on the small peninsula of Vranjica, 5 km west of the UNESCO town of Trogir. It is 8 km from Split-Ka?tela airport and 30 km from the city of Split. The surrounding area is characterized by lush Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old vineyards and olive groves suitable for hiking and cycling. Numerous islands and islets are ideal for boat trips. A regular ferry line runs every half hour from Seget Vranjica to the coast of Trogir. * During the stay there is a possibility to organize a concierge service by prior arrangement. * The pool is not available until April 1, 2023. * Maximum capacity of the villa: 8 persons + 2 children under 12 years.
