Beautiful modern villa Kalpesi is located in the center of Dalmatia in Kastel Stafilic. Thanks to its location by the sea, which is easily accessible, this villa is a true oasis of tranquility for all lovers of a vacation in the unspoiled nature that surrounds it. The villa can accommodate a maximum of eight people and is equipped with four air-conditioned rooms with double beds and unique sea views. All rooms have private bathrooms and are located on the upper floor of the villa. On the terrace on the upper floor there is a beautiful jacuzzi for six people. A washing machine and an iron/ironing board are also available. The first floor of the villa consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor there is also a wellness room with an additional bathroom and a whirlpool for 2 people. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare the most delicious dishes and enjoy them together with your family and friends. The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a decorative fireplace and offers additional amenities such as hifi system, digital TV, Wi-Fi and the like. The living room opens to a large terrace and garden with a beautiful pool of 60 m2. Around the pool there are eight sun loungers and for a relaxing summer afternoon in the company of your loved ones there is an outdoor barbecue. In the yard there are six parking spaces. The villa is completely fenced. Outdoor activities, romantic walks at dusk on the beautiful beach are just some of the charms of the picturesque town of Ka?tela, which attracts with its simplicity and proximity to the coast. Various activities such as water sports, rafting, cycling, horseback riding or golf are available. The youngest will surely be thrilled by the aqua park, which is located in ?ibenik, a little further away. The proximity to city centers such as Trogir or Split offers many advantages for cultural activities and visiting cultural and historical monuments from the Roman times. In nearby Trogir you can visit one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Croatia, the Cathedral of St. Lawrence. The construction of this cathedral from 1598 took almost 300 years and it is distinguished by the Radovan portal from 1340 and the 47 m high bell tower. Ka?tela is the name of seven interconnected places stretching along the coast between the towns of Trogir and Solin. Very interesting historical monuments in Ka?tela are numerous fortifications built along the coast in the 15th and 16th centuries during the Turkish invasion, for example Ka?tilac in Ka?tel Gomilica, Nehaj tower in Ka?tel Stafili?, Vitturi castle in Ka?tel Luk?i?, Kamerlengo tower in Ka?tel Kambelovac etc. In Ka?tel Stafili? you can find a beautiful botanical garden and a promenade called Biblical garden. Ka?tela is also known for its wine cellars and local wines of the highest quality: Zinfandel wine as well as for olive cultivation and the production of olive oil of the highest quality. Ka?tela is also known for the tragic love story of Miljenko and Dobrila, that is Romeo and Juliet from Ka?tela. Dobrila belonged to the noble Vitturi family, which owned numerous fortresses in Ka?tela, and Miljenko belonged to the quarreling Ru?ini? family. After the family forbade their marriage, the lovers met secretly, and the tragic end of their love was sealed by the bloody murder of Miljenko by Dobrila's father, after which Dobrila lost her mind. They were buried together in the church of St. Ivan in Ru?inec, and above their grave there is a stone inscription 'Peace to the lovers'. Split, another city near Ka?tela, is known for its numerous cultural and historical monuments. In Split, besides many monuments from the Roman period, you can also find various other entertainment options such as summer festivals or disco clubs. Split is best known for its monumental building from the 4th century, Diocletian's Palace, one of the best preserved historical monuments from that period, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
