Villa ?al is located in Dalmatia in the village of Ka?tel Stari, the oldest of seven settlements on the attractive coast between the city of Trogir and Split. If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend a luxurious vacation in peace and quiet, Villa ?al is the right choice for you! Villa ?al was built in 2020 in modern architectural style and has 170 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 1250 m2, 1.2 km from the nearest pebble beach. Nearby are restaurants and cafes, where entertaining evenings are guaranteed. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. During the stay, guests have access to the first floor, which comfortably accommodates three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds. The villa has a private bathroom with a shower and another regular bathroom, which also has a shower. In the cozy living room you will rest on a corner sofa, which also serves as an extra bed for two people, there is also an armchair, a TV and a coffee table. Near the living room there is a modern kitchen with a bar, which contains everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family during your stay. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. From the dining room you can directly access the outdoor terrace, which will delight you! Pleasant refreshment can be found in the pool of 33 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters. Next to it you can sunbathe on 4 deck chairs, read your favorite books or just enjoy the warm summer sun. Especially the little ones will enjoy the playground, where there is a children's slide, a swing and other toys for them to have fun with, while the adults have the opportunity to play darts. On the outdoor terrace there is a dining table with 8 seats and two hanging chairs, and you can prepare your meals not only in the kitchen but also on a charcoal or wood grill in the tavern right next to the villa. The tavern is a true Dalmatian example of a place where mainly delicious traditional meat or fish dishes are prepared, of course with the inevitable addition of olive oil. In the tavern there is a table with benches, a grill and a kitchen. Other facilities at Villa ?al include a feed and baby crib, washing machine and iron. The yard is nicely decorated, offers plenty of greenery and playgrounds for children and inside there are 3 private parking spaces. The host is at guests' maximum disposal throughout the stay. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
