In addition, the villa has a bathroom with a bathtub and two bathrooms with shower cabin. On the first floor of the villa there are two rooms already mentioned, which share a bathroom located outside the room. There is also a terrace with seating and table soccer. On the 1st floor there is a living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV. Right next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. On the 2nd floor there are two more rooms (already mentioned), where there is also a bathroom outside the room. In addition, on the same floor there are two terraces with deck chairs. On the property above the building there is a heated swimming pool with whirlpool inside, 33 m2 in size and 1.7 m deep.
