The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms with double beds, three of which are located on the upper floor and one bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have a television. In addition, the villa has 3 bathrooms, one with bathtub and two with shower. On the first floor of Villa Spalato Estate there is an outdoor terrace with a heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. In front of and around you is a large green area, which offers you complete privacy and where there are more deck chairs and seating to relax or read your favorite book. On the terrace there is also an outdoor grill on wood or coal and an outdoor dining table. Upstairs there is a living room with sofa, armchair and TV, as well as a dining room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family.
