The beautiful Villa Helena is in a small Dalmatian settlement called Kučine, which is not far from the town of Split and the Dalmatian coast with pristine beaches and crystal-clear sea. Thanks to its location with a stunning view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea and the lovely yard featuring a swimming pool, you will feel as if you have come to spend your holiday in a real paradise!

In its 220m2, villa Helena features three air-conditioned modern bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds which can be brought together if necessary. Each bedroom has an ensuite, luxuriously decorated bathroom with a shower enclosure. All the bedrooms are connected with a terrace offering a beautiful sea view. The ground floor consists of a modern and equipped kitchen and a dining room that offers 8 seats. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious and comfortable living room ideal for lounging in the afternoon. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a playroom with various facilities such as a PlayStation console and table football. When in need of recreation, guests can hit the well-equipped gym. After blowing off steam in the gym, the sauna will provide much needed relaxation.

The terrace in front of the ground floor features a lovely pool (32m2) providing refreshment from the summer heat. Guests can soak up the sun on the sun-loungers surrounding the pool or enjoy the view of the surrounding area while sitting in the jacuzzi, sipping champagne. Furthermore, an outdoor charcoal/wood grill is available for preparation of delicious meals.
