On the first floor of the villa, in addition to two bedrooms, there is a modern kitchen, dining room and living room. The spacious and illuminated living room opens to a large terrace with a beautiful hydromassage pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.6 meters. The little ones will surely enjoy the extra contents of the pool, such as an inflatable duck. Around the pool are 8 sun loungers and the terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, table, shower and parasol. In the basement of the villa there is a professionally equipped gym, two bathrooms, an additional living room and a laundry room. There are 4 parking spaces available in the courtyard. Villa Elea is designed to the highest possible standards, for example, the TV screen in the living room can be lowered by remote control and automatically retracts from the ceiling.
