Luxury villa Artemis is located on the sunny island of Solta. This villa offers you a wonderful vacation that you can spend with your family or a group of friends and is a true oasis of peace and tranquility. The modern luxury of Villa Artemis allows you to completely relax and enjoy in the company of dear people. The special feature of this villa is that it is located only 7 meters from the bright and clean sea, where you can dive and swim. The accommodation capacity of the villa is maximum 10 and optimal 8 people. The villa has 265 m2 of living space and is fully air-conditioned. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), one of them is a studio apartment with sofa bed. If you need an extra bed, you can use a sofa for two people (140 x 180). The villa has 3 bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub (one regular and one ensuite), the third has a shower and there are two separate toilets. Extras include a baby crib, a washing machine and an iron. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with a sofa, coffee table, TV and a romantic fireplace. Near the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. The view that will be offered to you while you enjoy your favorite dishes will take your breath away, as Villa Artemis offers a view of the sea and unspoiled nature. On the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood and a pool of 26 m2, depth 1.4 m, and next to it there are 4 sun loungers. You can use the 2 outdoor dining tables, where you are surrounded by the sun and a soothing sea view. Two sun loungers and a parasol welcome you on the beach, just a few meters below the villa, where you can sunbathe and read your favorite book. Villa Artemis is fully fenced, rented all year round and has a garage and 4 private parking spaces. If you arrive with your own boat, a mooring can be arranged by prior arrangement. Fun contents that will delight both young and old are SUP and 2 electric bikes at no extra charge. From the city of Split you can reach the island of Solta by ferry in an hour or by catamaran in just half an hour and find yourself in a beautiful oasis of untouched nature.
