This unique, modern villa is situated close to the sea, in a quiet place, Kalebova Luka, near Rogoznica. Airy and bright interiors are luxurious and well equipped, and are spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. Each of the spacious bedrooms has its own terrace and bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have floor heating. The holiday home is surrounded by a covered terraces and a large swimming pool that offers a breathtaking view of the sea, bay and Rogoznica alone. Patios offer space for relaxing in the shade by the pool with some soft music or immerse yourself in a favorite summer reading. In the evening the space is ideal for socializing with family or friends to enjoy the delicious specialties from the grill and a sip of a good autochthonous wines from local wineries. In a waterfront there is a little promanade with boat mooring and a small bay overshadowed by pine trees, ideal for children. Here you can enjoy the crystal clear waters and morning recreational swimming. In the nearby town of Ražanj, there is a restaurant and a shop. We also recommend a visit to places like Trogir (25 km) and Primosten (10km), the picturesque tourist destinations which delight preserved dazedness citie. There are also centers of the region the towns Split and Sibenik (40km. This position makes it an ideal starting point for discovering the central Dalmatia. Worth mentioning are certainly two National Parks which this region boasts, Krka and Kornati. In the Krka National Park a special attraction are the waterfalls of which Skradinski buk is considered to be one of the most popular Croatian natural beauties. The town of Split will delight you with the famous Diocletian's Palace, and Trogir with famous Trogir Cathedral and the old city, which is included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage.
