With its 300 m2 of living space, it can accommodate a maximum of 13 people, and the total area of the property is 500 m2. Since it is only 88 meters from the nearest sea, if you wish, you can find a pleasant refreshment in the depths of the sea, in addition to the pool. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms with balconies, 6 of them with a double bed and one bedroom with 1 single bed. You can also use 4 bathrooms, two with bathtub and two with shower. From the two bedrooms on the upper floor you can enjoy a view of the Adriatic Sea. In the living room on the first floor you can relax and enjoy your favorite movies. The living room has a spacious corner sofa, an armchair, a TV and a romantic fireplace. There is also a dining room with a dining table, from which you can directly access the outdoor terrace. There is also a bar with bar stools in the kitchen and you can easily prepare meals for the whole family there. You can enjoy yourself in the heated pool on the outdoor terrace. The pool is 32 m2 and 1.5 meters deep and has an additional functionality: counter-current swimming. On the sun lounger next to it are 4 deck chairs and a garden sofa, where you can drink your morning coffee and read the newspaper. On the outdoor gas grill you can prepare delicious Dalmatian dishes such as meat or fish and taste them anytime at the covered outdoor table. Villa Empire's terrace is surrounded by greenery and offers you absolute privacy. Other facilities include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron, as well as 2 separate toilets. If needed, there is also a crib in one of the bedrooms and you can use a food dispenser. The yard is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. In the town of Rogoznica and on its beaches you will be surrounded by silence and overwhelmed by the scents of pine forests, the sea and Mediterranean plants. The beaches are most beautiful in the morning, when the sea is completely calm and all you can hear are the crickets and seagulls that surround this wonderful little place. Rogoznica is a perfect place for families who come on vacation with children. If you are a runner, this is an ideal place to rest, as there is a long asphalt road here that seems to be laid out for a morning run.
