Description
A luxury villa located in a quiet Dalmatian town near Rogoznica in a closed villa complex offers an enchanting combination of contemporary architecture and natural ambiance with a unique view of one of the most beautiful sunsets that set directly into the sea.
The villa of 260 m2 has accommodation capacity for a maximum of 9, and optimally 8 people, and four fully furnished bedrooms with double beds are located on the top floor from where you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. Ensuite bathrooms have a shower with a cabin and offer a variety of accessories such as hair dryers, towels, and soap. Each bathroom is equipped with terrycloth robes. Also, if necessary, there is a sofa bed (130x120) located upstairs in the master bedroom.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a separate bathroom, and a wellness room with a sauna and jacuzzi where you can fully indulge in all the pleasures of wellness relaxation with a beautiful view of the sunset.
On the large terrace of 110 m2 made of teak (total area 140 m2), there is a heated infinity pool surrounded by eight deck chairs. The pool is 10 m long and 1.45 m deep, in addition to heating, it also has a cooling option and includes a children's pool. The location of the villa provides shade and sun throughout the day. In the completely fenced yard of the villa, there is also a parking lot with three parking spaces.
Near the villa is a pebbly beach, characteristic of the Dalmatian coast, full of white stones. The enchanting sea coast also hides various special features that are located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. One such place is Zmajevo oko, a small salt lake located on the Gradina peninsula right next to Marina Frapa. A little further away is the secluded Plava uvala, ideal for idyllic afternoons in the circle of those closest to you.
Although located in an isolated position that ensures complete privacy and peace, near the villa there is a variety of facilities such as bars, restaurants, shops, and the like. In the slightly more remote seaside town of Primošten, you will find more diverse content such as nightclubs, cultural events, or content for active holidays.
In the diverse offer of sports activities, you will find a colourful range of water sports such as sailing, diving, or swimming. You will also enjoy other types of activities such as cycling or a simple walk in nature.
For all those who still enjoy sightseeing and exploring cultural and historical monuments, there are the slightly more distant historical cities of Šibenik in the north or Split in the south. The Dalmatian coast is full of historical monuments from the Illyrian, Roman, and medieval periods, many of which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. For example, Diocletian's Palace is located in Split, one of the most important ancient buildings not only in Croatia but also in the world. In Šibenik, you will find an extremely large number of Renaissance and Baroque buildings of exceptional architectural and historical importance, such as the Cathedral of St. Jakov or, for example, the fortress of St. Nicholas.
However, if you prefer to enjoy privacy and peace surrounded by your closest friends and family, villa Mistral 1 is the right place for you, a place where you will find everything you need for an ideal holiday.
