The beautiful villa Beachfront Sun 1 is located in Dalmatia, in the town of Ražanj, which is known as a small tourist village that is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists every year. Villa Beachfront Sun 1 was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 277 m² of living space (162 m² of interior and 115 m² of pool area), and the total area of the building is 450 m2. What will especially delight you is the fact that the villa has a view of the clear Adriatic Sea, which is only 10 metres away. Also, a maximum of 9 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed in 5 bedrooms, four of which have double beds (160x200), and one room has a single bed (90x200). Likewise, the villa has 3 bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet.
In the living room, you will rest on two sofas, and there is also a coffee table and a TV. Right next to the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats where you can socialize while enjoying delicious food that you can easily prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 25 m2 and 1.45 metres deep. Next to the pool, there are 6 deckchairs where you can rest and relax undisturbed, and on the terrace, there is also an outdoor grill on wood or coal. You can also try the food on the outdoor covered dining table, and during hot summer evenings, you will be able to refresh yourself in the pool in the company of your loved ones.
Additional equipment that you can use during your stay and that will be within reach are a washing machine and iron.
The yard is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, and there are 2 more spaces outside. If you arrive by your own boat, there is a mooring for the boat at your disposal: at the location where the mooring is located, the depth of the sea is 7 metres.
There are 2 SUPs in the villa, one of which can be used as a Kayak.
The water taxi is available during summertime. It reaches Rogoznica - a tourist spot - within 15 minutes with excellent restaurants and a nice promenade.
Ražanj is an ideal place for a peaceful family holiday in untouched nature. In Rogoznica, a place located near Ražanj, you can enjoy numerous parties organised during the summer, and for all-night entertainment, we recommend the popular discotheque "Aurora" near Primošten. Sports and recreation lovers can enjoy fishing, diving, cycling, various water sports, and many other activities. Swimming in the clean and clear sea will delight the youngest, where they will be able to explore the depths of the sea and play undisturbed, while the elderly will have the opportunity to walk along the well-maintained promenade above the beach.
You can also visit the town of Trogir, which is a perfect place for a holiday because it has something for everyone. From interesting history to pebble beaches, this small town has it all. In 1997, UNESCO included the Old Town of Trogir in the world heritage as one of the best preserved Romanesque-Gothic cities in Central Europe.
