This Dalmatian stone house with pool, is located in the quiet hinterland of the Neretva Valley. The tastefully furnished interiors are spread over three floors. The first floor with living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom is connected to the second floor (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) by interior stairs. The external staircase leads to the 2nd floor (living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sloping roof at 120 m). The pool area and the covered terrace are surrounded by Mediterranean plants, there is a relaxing flair. In about 8 km you can reach a sandy beach at the mouth of the river Neretva. The water in the pool is drawn from a natural spring, while the electricity is generated by an additional mini solar power plant that turns on automatically, making this vacation home energy self-sufficient and environmentally friendly.
