In addition to many restaurants and bars, you can also visit the Maritime Museum in the old town, where the history of local captains and sailors is kept. Take the opportunity and visit the town of Korčula, on the eponymous island, which you can reach by ferry in about 15 minutes.The entire Peljesac peninsula is rich in vineyards and wine routes, which types of wine like Plavac Mali, Dingač und Postup you should taste. Also visit the town of Ston, which is known for its long, stone defensive walls and salt marshes. Oysters and mussels are grown in front the coast of Mali Ston, which you should definitely try.
