With a living area of 220 m², it can accommodate a maximum of 8, optimally 6 people, the total area of the property is 390 m². On the top floor of the villa, guests are comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), and each room has its own bathroom with shower. The villa has a sea view from all rooms, which will particularly delight you. On the first floor there is a living room consisting of a corner sofa, two coffee tables, an armchair and a TV. From the living room you can directly access the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. Also, on the first floor there is a dining room with a table for 8 people and right next to the dining room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar stools. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated infinity pool with electrolysis and salt water, which measures 34 m² and is 1.5 meters deep. Next to the pool there are sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun and read your favorite books with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. On the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, which includes a summer kitchen. It is a place where you can relax in the company of family and friends and enjoy your favorite dishes that will satisfy any palate. There is also an extra bed in the villa (sofa in the living room 140x200 and extra bed 90x200). You can also use the washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet. If necessary and upon prior request, there is a possibility to use a baby crib and a food dispenser. Villa Goya has a fully fenced garden and offers 3 private parking spaces.
