Villa Letizia is located on the island of Pa?man in the town of ?drelac, which is visited every year by local and foreign tourists looking for a peaceful vacation. ?drelac is also the largest town on the island of Pa?man and it is located right next to the bridge that connects Pa?man with the island of Ugljan. ?drelac offers its guests long walks, many opportunities for cycling or running and most of all it will delight you with its gastronomic offer that will delight your palate. Villa Letizia was built in 2022 in a rustic architectural style, is fully air-conditioned and guests have 290 m2 of living space to enjoy during their stay, the total area of the property being 500 m2. The special feature of the villa is that, in addition to the pool, you can swim in the clean Adriatic Sea, which is only 20 meters away from the villa. It is an excellent opportunity for summer fun with family and dearest friends. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa, which is divided into 5 bedrooms with double beds and corresponding bathrooms with showers. Of the total of 5 bedrooms, three are located in the basement and another two upstairs. On the first floor you will find a living room, a dining room with a dining table for 10 people, a fireplace and a kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. Upstairs there is another living room 70 m2, including a couch and TV. The villa offers sea view from both living rooms and from two bedrooms. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the pool of 20 m² and 1.6 meters deep. Next to the pool you can sunbathe on 10 deck chairs, enjoy the sun and read your favorite book. There is also a covered dining table with 10 seats on the outdoor terrace and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can try your hand at preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes. Other facilities you can use include a washing machine, an iron and 2 separate toilets. Children will enjoy the entertainment program on TV and there is also an open garden where they can play carefree. Fans of an active vacation can use an exercise bike, a treadmill and several basic exercise machines. For an extra charge, there is the possibility of hiring a cook, renting a boat and cleaning the villa on a daily basis. Likewise, the villa accepts pets (maximum 3), for each pet there is a fee of 15 ? per day. There are 3 private parking spaces in the courtyard of Villa Letiza and 5 more outside. Treat yourself and your family to an unforgettable vacation and visit the ancient stone core of ?drelac, which is a testimony of the native stone architecture of the island of Pa?man. For those guests who want a combination of sea air and greenery, there is also a pine forest not far from the center.
