The exterior and interior of this stunning stone house exude the traditional Dalmatian spirit with a touch of modern, minimalist elements, creating a delightful ambiance perfect for relaxation of both mind and body. The fully air-conditioned villa features 5 airy bedrooms equipped with double beds. There is a lovely, stand-alone bathtub in one of the bedrooms, which contributes to the luxurious feel of this perfect haven. Guests of the villa also have 4 spacious bathrooms equipped with a shower at their disposal as well as a separate toilet. A sun-soaked, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area which can comfortably accommodate all guests, and a cosy living room perfect for the afternoon relaxation complete the rich offer of the interior making you feel right at home. If you are in need of a little recreation enjoy yourself in the fitness room.

The beautifully landscaped yard features a lovely swimming pool where you have a refreshing swim every day whilst enjoying the stunning views, clean air and all the wonders of the nature surrounding the villa. This beautiful overflow pool is equipped with a counter-swim device and features a heating option, making villa Proversa a perfect choice for holidaying outside of the summer season. The fully fenced yard also features an outdoor grill where you can prepare fresh and delicious meals for your family and friends as well as 4 private parking spaces. Ždrelac, abounding in beautiful bays and sandy beaches (with the nearest pebble beach being only 15m away from the villa) is located at the intersection of sea routes making it perfect for trips to the surrounding islands and the Kornati archipelago whose beauty will leave you in awe

** During your stay in Villa Proversa, you have at your disposal a Jet-Ski Sea Doo 130 GTI (3 seats) with which you can visit numerous nearby islands and turquoise beaches: one day rent costs €250. You also have at your disposal a BRP Can-Am Maverick Trail 1000 DPS (two seats) with which you can go on adventurous tours of the island along a wonderful path with a total length of 13.25 km, where there are numerous viewpoints equipped with telescopes from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Kornati archipelago with about 140 islands, islets and reefs. Daily rental of a Can-am vehicle is €220.

Services available for additional payment:
1) Catering or a professional chef who will prepare dishes according to the guest's wishes in the villa
2) Vehicle rental: speedboat, smaller yachts (with skipper), quad
3) Daily cleaning. The price of the service is agreed upon arrival at the villa.
