Villa Astor is located on the island of Pa?man, in the small tourist town of Tkon. Pa?man is the second largest island of the Zadar archipelago and has about 700 inhabitants. The greatest assets of this small island town are untouched nature, clear sea, interesting underwater world, many small bays with sandy beaches and rich cultural and historical heritage. Villa Astor was built in 2022 in contemporary style and guests have at their disposal 169 m2 of living space and 1200 m2 of the total plot. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x210). The villa has two bathrooms with shower cabin, one is en-suite and the other is a normal bathroom. Enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea while drinking your morning coffee in the company of family and friends. Likewise, on the first floor there is a living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV and next to the living room there is a modern kitchen and dining room with a dining table that seats 6. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 28 m2 and 1.45 meters deep. Other features of the pool include counter-current swimming and there is also an outdoor solar shower. You can sunbathe on 6 sun loungers and on the terrace you can also use an electric grill and an outdoor dining table. The outdoor whirlpool right next to the pool allows you to enjoy a luxurious romantic bath. Other facilities at Villa Astor include a washing machine, an iron, a separate toilet and a baby crib (120x60). The villa's courtyard is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. Tkon is located 2-5 km from the mainland on the Pa?man Channel and is connected to the town of Biograd na Moru by a ferry line. In the northwest it is connected by a bridge with the island of Ugljan and can also be reached by ferry from Zadar to the island of Ugljan. Tkon offers not only sun, beautiful sandy beaches and hidden coves, but also a handful of activities for those who want a more active vacation, such as bocce or volleyball. Throughout the summer, the town organizes numerous cultural and entertainment events, the most famous of which are the Fishermen's Night, ?kraping and the Island Product Fair.
