Villa Sunrise is located in Sumpetar in the municipality of Dugi Rat, only 17 km from the city of Split. This villa represents everything you have been striving for, dreaming of the perfect and luxurious vacation with your family or a group of your dearest friends. The name ?Sumpetar? was first mentioned in 1080, during the reign of the Split nobleman Petar Crni Gumaj, who built a monastery near the said place. Villa Sunrise was renovated in 2020, built in the contemporary rustic style of a stone house and exudes a modern interior that adorns its 3 floors. The villa has 320 m2 of living space and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms: 6 double beds (180x200). There are also 6 bathrooms with showers and the villa has 3 separate toilets. As additional equipment, a washing machine, a dryer and an iron are a great help. If you arrive with children, you can use the baby crib and the food dispenser. On the first floor of the villa there is a laundry room, the 1st and 2nd floor have the same content: 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and 2 terraces. On the 3rd floor there is a game room where you can play billiards or relax in the sauna. There is also a hot tub, outdoor kitchen with outdoor grill, outdoor dining area and terraces. Villa Sunrise offers sea views from all rooms, the pool and the sun deck. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 28 m2 and a depth of 1.3 meters. An additional functionality of this pool is counter swimming. Next to it there are 12 sun loungers where you can enjoy your favorite reading. On the terrace you can use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. The villa is located only 50 meters from the sea and the beautiful beach, and by prior arrangement it is possible to organize a private boat mooring. There are 5 private parking spaces in the yard and Villa Sunrise is completely fenced. What will please and delight you especially is the fact that you can order a massage in the villa by prior arrangement. A special advantage is also that the price of accommodation includes a hostess who will visit you daily from 07:00 - 14:00 change bed linen and prepare breakfast. There is also the possibility to arrange grocery shopping at an additional cost by the host and upon presentation of an invoice. *If you bring a pet, it is important to emphasize that only 1 pet is allowed in Villa Sunrise. If you take it to the villa, you will have to pay an additional 500 ? and another 200 ? final cleaning at the time of booking.
