Villa Evanthia is located in Split-Dalmatia County in the town of Jesenice. It offers a beautiful view of the clear and clean Adriatic Sea and you will enjoy exploring the depths of the sea. Villa Evanthia was built in 2022 in a contemporary architectural style that will attract lovers of good taste. It offers its guests 260 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 850 m2. It is only 850 meters away from the sea and there is a pebble beach nearby, while it is only 4 km away from the nearest town Podstrana. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, optimally 8. Upstairs you will also find 4 nicely furnished bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Each of the mentioned bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and each room offers sea view. For additional guests, there are sofa beds for one person 90x200 in two rooms, while there is another sofa for 2 people with dimensions 140x200. On the first floor there is a living room, next to it there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people and a new fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. In the kitchen there is also a bar with 4 bar stools. The heated outdoor pool of 30 m2 and 1.5 meters deep will give you a special pleasure. Other equipment of the pool includes jets, there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. Next to the pool there are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, and of course there is also a covered outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood grill outside. Every guest has the opportunity to enjoy complete tranquility with a beautiful view of the sea, and the villa is surrounded by a lot of greenery. Other facilities that you can use during your stay include a washing machine and an iron, as well as a separate toilet. Should children come along on vacation, there is also a feeding trough and a crib. Villa Evanthia is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces in the yard.
