On the first floor there is a living room with corner sofa, table and TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace and sea view. What will particularly delight you is the outdoor terrace, where you can pleasantly refresh yourself in a heated infinity pool of 38 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. As an accessory, the pool has a hydromassage function. Next to the pool there are 6 sun loungers where you can sunbathe and read your favorite book. There is also an outdoor grill with gas, charcoal or wood, a summer kitchen, outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table. You can play billiards, relax in the sauna or enjoy the romantic hot tub. Villa Rosabella is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces in the yard, as well as a garage.
