Villa Astra Zaton is located in Zaton, which is known as a famous tourist resort and is only 2 km away from the historic town of Nin. This modern beauty offers you much needed rest for body and soul, where you can enjoy your annual vacation in the company of family or friends. The villa was built in 2022 in contemporary architectural style, it offers its guests 200 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is 700 m2. It is 600 meters from the nearest sea and beach, which provides an excellent opportunity for swimming and diving in the depths of the Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200) and has a private bathroom with shower. In the living room you will find a corner sofa, coffee table and two stools. Next to the living room there is a separate room with a sofa, ideal for resting or reading your favorite books. There is also a dining room with a dining table for six people and a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 34 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to it there are 6 sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy in good company. You do not have to dine only in the dining room of the villa, but you can do it at the outdoor dining table, where there is also seating. The courtyard of the villa is fully fenced and there are two parking spaces at your disposal, while there are two more outside. The villa also has a charger for an electric car. Other facilities that you can use during your stay include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. Likewise, there is 1 separate toilet, and a food dispenser and a baby crib are available if needed.
