On the upper floor you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds, which also have 3 private bathrooms with showers. While drinking your morning coffee, you can enjoy the sea view from the balcony or watch the romantic sunset in the evening. On the first floor there is a living room with a corner sofa (which serves as an extra bed for 2 people), an armchair, a table and a TV. There is also a modern kitchen with a bar and three bar chairs, and a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. From the kitchen you can directly access the outdoor terrace where you will be greeted by outdoor seating, an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, an outdoor dining table and a swing. Pleasant refreshment can be found both during the day and at night in the heated pool with waterfall, 32 m² in size and 1.5 m deep. Relax while sunbathing on 6 deckchairs, read your favorite book and enjoy the warm rays of the sun. Other facilities in the villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron. If the youngest ones come along, you can use the food dispenser and baby crib. The villa also has a separate toilet and underfloor heating. Complete relaxation can be found in the sauna, next to it there are smaller workout weights and a treadmill, which will delight fans of active vacations. In the courtyard of the villa there are 2 private parking spaces. In Zaton you will surely feel the atmosphere of small Dalmatian places, where you can enjoy delicious gastronomic offers and friendly locals. It is a small tourist place, ideal for a quiet vacation and relaxation from stress. It is located between two beautiful towns, Nin and Zaton. In Zaton you will find sandy beaches shaded by pine trees, crystal clear sea and beautiful sunsets.
