This beautiful villa in its 172 m2 can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 3 modern bedrooms. The rooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, including an ensuite bathroom and a hallway that void to the staircase to the ground floor of the villa. On the ground floor you can find a harmoniously decorated living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with 8 seats, one separate toilet and storage.

From the ground floor there is an exit to the terrace with a beautiful heated pool of 6.5 x 3.9 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, surrounded by 6 sun loungers. The terrace is surrounded by a wrought iron fence 1.2 m high. For the youngest guests there is also a trampoline, while for socializing and family gatherings, an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal fits perfectly. Our guests have at their disposal two parking spaces inside the courtyard of the villa.
