From the living room you can access the terrace and the pool, which is protected from view. The fenced garden also has a dining area and a barbecue. For the little ones there is a children's corner with toys. On the terrace and up on the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains opposite.

From the house you can reach the beach in a few minutes, where you can swim or go for a walk. The house is located in the village Razanac and shopping and restaurants are not far away.

If you feel like a day trip, the port city of Zadar is within easy reach. Many sights like the cathedral, the church of St. Chrysogonus or the church of St. Donatus from the 9th century are worth a visit. Also worth seeing are the Roman remains, the Land Gate and the Venetian fortress, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
