Villa Ortanella is located in Vrsi, only 5 km from the royal town of Nin and 20 km from the city of Zadar. This modern beauty will attract guests who are looking for a luxurious and peaceful vacation and want to enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing together with their family or friends. Vrsi is a small tourist resort that welcomes guests from all over the world with its modern and beautiful villas and friendliness. You will enjoy a walk along the long pebble beaches where you can enjoy the sun, the clear sea and the outdoor gym. The villa was built in 2023 in contemporary architectural style, offers guests 200 m2 of living space, the plot area is 2200 m2. It is only 300 meters from the sea and equally far from the pebble beach, where you can swim in the clean Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, who will be accommodated in 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds (180x200) and 2 rooms with 2 single beds (90x200) each. There are also 4 bathrooms in the villa, three of them with shower and one with bathtub, there are also 2 separate toilets. You can use two living rooms and two kitchens equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. Relax your body and soul in the sauna and massage pool. On the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor dining table with sea view, a heated pool of 35 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. An additional feature of the pool is a waterfall, next to it there are deck chairs for sunbathing and reading. You have the possibility to prepare food on a gas grill or on a barbecue (coal/wood). During your stay you can use bicycles and SUP. The villa's courtyard is fully fenced and offers 7 private parking spaces. If you are a fan of sailing or windsurfing, you will find excellent conditions for this sport in Vrsi, because in the summer months the mistral blows daily, which is ideal for this type of activity. Adventurers can rent buggies in Vrsi or go on mountain trails under expert guidance. There is also the famous sandy beach Ri?ine, which is suitable for the whole family, especially for the youngest. A special highlight of this area is the nearby island of Ze?evo, where you can also find the church of Our Lady of Ze?evo and a small beach. From historical sights you can visit the nearby old Croatian royal town of Nin, and if you want to enjoy untouched nature and primeval wilderness, you should definitely visit the Velebit Mountains and the National Park Paklenica. It is two separate accommodation units, in the villa of which the owners also live. While the guests are in the villa, the owners will not use the pool!
