The nearest pebble beach is 18 kilometers away. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has four bedrooms. In each room there is 1 double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. An extendable armchair measuring 160x180 cm can be used as an extra bed for two people. The villa has six bathrooms, four of which are located in the room. The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa, TV, table and fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen with dining table, which can accommodate 8 people. The villa has a fully equipped gym. On the outdoor terrace there is a beautiful heated pool of 40 m², where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days and later relax on deck chairs in the shade. Complete pleasure will give you the additional equipment of this pool with swimming pool, whirlpool bench and massage chair. The outdoor grill gives you the opportunity for family gatherings or pleasant get-togethers with close friends. The terrace is equipped with relaxing furniture and an outdoor dining table. There are eight private parking spaces available in the courtyard, and four more outside the courtyard.
