The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 11 and optimally 10 people. The villa consists of first floor, 1st and 2nd floor. On the first floor there is a kitchen and dining room and a fireplace, while on the second floor there is a spacious living room with sofa, TV and coffee table and access to the balcony. Upstairs there is a bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a terrace, another kitchen and a dining room with table for 10 people. On the second floor you will live comfortably in 4 more bedrooms, one of them with a balcony, and two more bathrooms with showers. From one room you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. On the balconies there are tables and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper or your favorite reading. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 34 m2 and a depth of 1,4 m. Next to it you can sunbathe on 4 deckchairs. Other facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron. If children are coming on vacation with you, a food dispenser and a baby crib are available. Fans of an active vacation will be delighted by the fitness room with basic workout equipment. In addition, the villa has 4 bicycles that you can use during your stay. With them you can relax and explore this peaceful place and enjoy rides in the nature.
