The excellently furnished living area is spread over two floors and has an open living and kitchen area as well as five bedrooms and four bathrooms. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, from which several steps lead to the whirlpool. Beside there is a children's playground, barbecue and deck chairs, which round off the feel-good atmosphere. In the recreation room, young and old will have fun with billiards, table tennis, table football and play station. Bicycles are also available, which you can try out on the bike path approx. 50 m away. The house is equipped in a contemporary style on a completely fenced plot and has several terraces that invite you to relax.

About 100 m from the house there is a public multifunctional football and basketball court as well as a children's park that you can use.
