The modern style of construction is breathtaking at first glance. The area of the villa is 240 m². Next to it, on the right side, there is a pool of 19, 2 m². After swimming in the pool, you can lay on the modern sun loungers and enjoy a cold drink while relaxing in the sun. In the evening, you can organise a romantic dinner near the outdoor grill. And even later, good time is promised by nightclubs, casinos and pubs that are only 3 kilometres away.

Villa Caltha offers a variety of activities during your stay. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and bathroom. The bedrooms are on the first floor. If you want to stay active during your holiday, this villa is just for you. It has a room intended only for recreation and entertainment. It is equipped with various basic exercise devices so that you can dedicate yourself to the health of your body and stay in good shape.
