With the accommodation capacity for a maximum of five people, the villa of 85 m2 has two luxuriously decorated bedrooms with double beds and an extra bed in the living room. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, where is also one spacious balcony as well as two fully equipped bathrooms with all the necessary facilities such as towels, hair dryers or washing machines. If you are coming with small children, a cot and highchair are also available. The ground floor has a living room, dining room and one separate toilet. The air-conditioned living room has a TV, sofa, books, and other amenities.
The total plot is 700 m2, and in the exterior of the villa you will find various additional benefits for maximum relaxation in your holiday. In addition to the outdoor grill, in the open yard there is a large, heated pool measuring 3x5 m and a depth of 1.6 m. By the pool there are also few deck chairs.
Due to its isolated position, the villa is ideal for relaxing in an intimate environment, and the rusticity of the ambience will take you back to the Mediterranean as it once was. The villa can be reached on foot by an easy walk of 100 m to a private parking lot with one parking space. It is also away from the roads and the Makarska city centre, which will turn your stay in villa Keti into a real idyll.
Although the villa is quite isolated and away from the noise, in the vicinity there can be found a restaurant and a supermarket. Not far from the villa is the pebble town beach Makarska. If you want to make your holiday more active, you will surely like the centre of Makarska, where you will find a variety of content, whether it is nightclubs, casinos, or sports facilities, such as golf or tennis ground.
The possibility of an active holiday will provide you with a multitude of available sports facilities such as water sports, rafting, fishing, or cycling. Nearby is the mountain peak Biokovo, which will be enjoyed by all mountaineering enthusiasts and all those who like to spend their free time in the fresh air.
The convenience of proximity to one of the most beautiful Dalmatian islands will certainly be appreciated by all those who enjoy the activities on the high seas. If you decide for this type of activity, you must not miss visiting the islands of Brač or Hvar, where you will discover all the charms of untouched nature and learn about the local customs of Dalmatia.
