The villa was built in 2021 in modern architectural style, has 270 m2 of living space, from the nearest sea, sandy and pebble beach is 1 km away, and can accommodate a maximum of eight people. The villa consists of first floor, 1st and 2nd floor and has a separate toilet and underfloor heating/cooling. On the first floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and iron. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, three of them have their own bathroom with shower, and the villa has another separate bathroom, also with shower. On the 2nd floor, a modern kitchen awaits you, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite and favorite dishes for the whole family. In the dining room there is a dining table for 8 people. You can relax in the living room, which consists of a sofa, an armchair, a desk and a TV. The villa offers sea view from the living room and from both bedrooms. If needed, the villa has a crib in one of the bedrooms. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself in the 36 m², 2.5 m deep pool, next to which there is a sun terrace with 6 sun loungers. On the terrace there is also an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, where you can try your own cooking skills in preparing traditional Dalmatian fish or meat specialties. You can taste these dishes at the outdoor dining table. In the yard of Villa Dolce Vita Kor?ula there is 1 parking place and outside of it there are 2 more. Pr?ina beach is the biggest natural sandy beach in Lumbarda and at the same time on the whole island of Kor?ula. The beach is located on the south side of this beautiful place, in a bay overlooking the open sea and the island of Lastovo. Each of its visitors comes to the beach because of the clean and clear sea, which is of great importance for both domestic and foreign tourists. Lumbarda is also known as a small fishing village, full of historical sites and remains of cultural heritage, which is most easily reached by ferry from Orebi? The peculiarity and curiosity of this place is the path of special red sand that leads from the center of Lumbarda to the vineyards on the hill. Guests can take advantage of the opportunity to participate in swimming or diving lessons, there is also a beach volleyball court, a handball and small field football field and gymnastics.
