The western side is surrounded by greenery and the terraces on the northern side offer you a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The house consists of the first and second floor, as the first floor is not yet available. The spacious kitchen-living room with a bedroom and bathroom is located on the second floor, from which you can access the covered terrace with sea view. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior is tasteful and simple, with matching color details and decoration. On the property there is also a swimming pool, barbecue and a cottage with a bathroom for your use by the pool. In just a few minutes walk you can reach a beautiful pebble beach suitable for children. For boat owners or for those who rent a boat, there is an anchorage. Visit the town of Kor?ula, with many entertaining and cultural events. Also taste the specialties of the local restaurants. The last approx. 50 m access road to the house is narrow.
