Beautiful villa Casa Real in rustic style is located in the small village Gruda in Konavle in the south of Dalmatia. The accommodation capacity of the villa is maximum 8 persons. The villa has 4 air-conditioned rooms and three fully equipped bathrooms on the upper floor. There is also an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and gloriette on the upper floor. On the first floor of the villa there is a tavern where you can prepare first-class specialties and relax in the company of your loved ones with a glass of local wine. There is also a playroom for children, which will surely delight even the smallest ones. Additional facilities such as darts, bicycles or table soccer are available at the villa. The courtyard of the villa has a badminton court, a table for 22 people, a barbecue, a bread oven, an outdoor toilet and a beautiful pool of 40 m2. Around the pool are eight deck chairs where you can relax in the summer sun. Other pool facilities include a massage corner and a whirlpool and counter-current swimming. Inside the courtyard there are three parking spaces and outside the courtyard there are three more parking spaces. The villa's surroundings offer a handful of additional facilities such as water sports, which you can enjoy at the pebbly beach Prevlaka, 5 km from the villa. You can also try your hand at fishing for an authentic fishing village experience. A little further north is the Konavoski dvori Nature Reserve, whose beautiful landscapes of untouched nature will surely take your breath away. Another attraction of this special city in the extreme south of Damatia is the famous landmark of the city, the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. This cathedral was built with a donation from the English King Richard the Lionheart, after his life was saved in this city after he returned from one of his conquering missions. After the storm, the king found refuge in Dubrovnik and in gratitude he decided to make a large donation with which this monumental cathedral was built.
