The villa was built in 2020 in contemporary style, offers guests 500 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is 800 m2. The villa is only 5 meters away from the Adriatic Sea, which provides an excellent opportunity to swim in it or just enjoy the view. The ultra-premium villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, the optimal number of guests is 10. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, located on the upper floor. Two rooms have 2 single beds each. The villa has a view of the sea from all rooms, whether you are on the first floor or the top floor. On the first floor there is a modern kitchen, a dining room with a dining table with 10 seats and a living room where you can enjoy entertainment on TV. For lovers of an active vacation, there is also a 40 m² gym with several basic workout equipment, a Finnish sauna, two showers, 1 toilet and a whirlpool. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated infinity pool of 55 m2 and a depth of 1.35 meters, next to which there are 8 sun loungers. Children can use swimming gloves and toys. You can show your gastronomic skills on the outdoor charcoal grill. There is also an outdoor dining table and garden furniture. Should children come on vacation with you, a feeding trough and a crib are available. Villa Ultra Premium offers 2 parking spaces outside the courtyard and also has a charging station for electric cars, which is part of the hotel's main garage.
