Guests have 300 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 650 m2. The villa is only 5 meters away from the clear Adriatic Sea and from its property you can enjoy the view of the blue. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom. On the outdoor terrace, a heated pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.35 meters awaits you. Next to it, on the sun deck, there are 8 sun loungers and an outdoor charcoal grill. Children can use swimming gloves or toys, which will definitely cheer them up. Upstairs there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is also a study and an additional toilet. Should children come on vacation with you, a feeding trough and a crib are available.
