It has four bedrooms with double beds and four private bathrooms, one with bathtub and the remaining three with shower. If you are traveling with children, a food dispenser and a baby crib are available by prior arrangement. Other amenities to help you out include a washing machine, dryer and iron. On the second floor of this luxurious and fully air-conditioned villa there is a 55 m² living room with two sofas, armchairs, smart TV and right next to the living room there is a dining table with 8 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave and oven. On the second floor there is a heated outdoor pool of 10 m2, depth 1.4 m, and next to it there are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. You can also use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood and try the preparation of traditional Dalmatian dishes. Other outdoor contents include an outdoor dining table and an open patio. This stone villa offers sea views from the two bedrooms upstairs, as well as from the living and dining rooms. The villa is fully fenced, giving you the privacy and tranquility you deserve. There are 2 private parking spaces in the courtyard and ample outdoor parking.
