The fully air-conditioned villa with its 230 m2 of living space offers accommodation for a maximum of 10, optimally 8 guests. It consists of first floor and upper floor. On the first floor there is a kitchen and dining room with table for 6 people, next to it there is a living room with two sofas, coffee table, TV and fireplace. Next to the dining room and living room there is an exit to the outdoor terrace, where you will be greeted by a heated pool of 36 m2. Next to it you can relax reading your favorite book and sunbathe on 8 deck chairs. On the terrace there is also an outdoor grill with gas, charcoal or wood. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other room with two bunk beds. Next to the rooms there is a separate bathroom and toilet. You can also use additional facilities such as a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an iron. If you need an extra bed, the villa offers two more for two people. If you are traveling with children, you can use the food dispenser and baby crib. On the upper floor of Villa Monte Hvar there are two more bedrooms with double beds, which have their own bathroom with shower and a terrace with chairs and a table, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view while drinking a coffee. In the courtyard of Villa Monte Hvar there is a beautifully landscaped green garden, as well as an outdoor stone loggia with a table and a pleasant space to relax in the evening. Next to the pool there is an outdoor bar with two seats and an outdoor dining table, which is a great choice to spend time with family or friends. Villa Monte Hvar has 3 parking spaces for rent all year round, so you can visit it at any time of the year. The city center is also just a few minutes drive from the villa.
