The luxurious villa Salis is located on the seafront and offers a stunning view on the Adriatic. The house is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in the village Sukošan, and is only 5 m from the beautiful stone and sand beach.
The villa can accommodate eight people in her 425 m2 size. It has four bedrooms, a modern kitchen and two dining areas, splendidly furnished living room, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with sea view, kitchen and two dining areas with a fireplace, a separate toilet, a laundry, a storage area for shoes and a pantry. The first floor has four bedrooms, three with a terrace and one with an ensuite bathroom, a workroom and a bathroom. The villa is fully fenced and offers eight sun loungers, four private parking spaces and an indoor grill.
Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
