The modern Villa Alka, which fully justifies this name, is located in the town of Sinj, a city famous worldwide for the Sinjska Alka - a knight's game that has been held in the city of Sinj since the 18th century, in the wake of the victory over the Turkish conquerors. The newly built villa is 340 m² in size and it is located on a property of 1500 m² with five parking spaces.

Four-bedroom Villa Alka comfortably accommodates 8 + 2 guests. Each room has a double bed, one of which can be separated into two single beds, a private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. Along with the above four bathrooms, there is an additional bathroom in the wellness area, and an open shower next to the sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances, and in the dining room there is a large dining table for ten people.

Modern swimming pool in the courtyard with a size of 10 x 4 m, with salt water and a heat pump for heating water and cooling. There are ten sun loungers available next to the pool.
