Description
This attractive modern holiday home is situated in a small idyllic village just outside the lovely town of Makarska. The house is well-equipped and has been finished to a high standard. On the ground floor of the house there is a large traditional tavern, which houses a fireplace, football table and dartboard and provides the ideal place for relaxing and having fun together! Also on the ground floor, you will find a kitchen and one bedroom. The rest of the house has a separate entrance and comprises of two fully furnished accommodation units, each of which have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/living area. To the front of the house there is a typically Dalmatian style terrace with a whirlpool which leads to a fitness room and Finnish sauna. There is also a heated swimming pool outside, as well as a barbecue and outdoor dining area which is available for the use of guests in both accommodation units. The property offers a wonderful panoramic view over the sea and the town of Markarska below. You can also see the Biokovo mountain range, which is a protected nature park and offers the ideal destination for a day trip and the opportunity to enjoy a range of outdoor pursuits including hiking and cycling. The house owner is happy to arrange boat trips to the nearby islands of Brac and Hvar, rafting on the river Cetina and airport transfers for an additional charge and upon prior agreement.
