Description
In Ratac near Slano, this simple semi-detached holiday home is located. It is situated in the first row to the sea, where there is a rocky beach available exclusively to guests. The house comprises two accommodation units on the upper floor and one unit on the lower floor. The units are connected by external entrance. The covered terrace with a barbeque is an ideal place for unwinding, tasting regional specialties or reading a good book and admiring the sea view. The distance to Dubrovnik, with plenty of cultural attractions and entertainment facilities, is 20 km. Parking spaces are located on the plot above the house, by the street. The house owner stays in the unit with separate entrance on the first floor.
